Called asking for non-executive Director by name - "it s Johnny from the surveyors at Altus" were the words he used. I walked through to our Director and used the same words. Our Director said he won t take the call as he has no ongoing business with Altus and no imminent need. I returned to Johnny and advised this, to which he said "did you tell him it s a financial matter?". I responded, "No, because you didn t say it was. But he won t take the call". So glad I ve just looked on hear, did get them to check and they said yes due for refund, lucky I guess for me I didn t have the funds to pay the £400 fee, but did receive lots of calls and also a solicitors letter, all ignored and haven t heard from them since, thanks to everyone s comments think I ve saved some money

This company called me to discuss my online presence so the guy said. Caller sounded very desperate and said he could have my business featured on Google page 1 and offered unlimited clicks and get me more business. What the guy didn t realise nor ask is that I have ran these adwords marketing campaigns before for various businesses I have and for the £150.00 fixed fee he said it would cost, my average click cost is £4+ and would literally get no work from this amount of spend. These guys are scam artis
