This number is DANGEROUS! My son with special needs got a barrage of calls from this number spoofing police calls that he got involved in a car accident on the M5, another call saying that they are bailiffs saying that they owe them £1,600. Incident reported to the police already. Stay away from this number. They hide using this number so you won’t see their phone number.

Scam. They ask for personal information and try to steal your card details, acting in a professional manner over the phone call. Never reveal any personal info. Rather ask them to verify what they know about you and perhaps you may have a chance to find out where they got your phone number or data from.

Didn't like it when i said i'll just delete my amazon account so no reason to ever call me again. people like this make me sick, trying to scam others out of their hard earned money. This is the HP support number. I had been speaking to them about an issue with my HP laptop, so they did have a legitimate reason to call me a few days ago, but the case had been closed so I chose not to take this call.

Seem to have now blocked 0843 980 12xx where xx so far is anywhere between 01 to 51 - 47 just the latest. Last time i answered it from one of these numbers there was nobody there. Wonder if phone numbers of the call centre staff are also on their autocall list.

Just received a call from this number now. A guy called James was the caller and said he was calling on behalf of my bank as I had apparently been in contact with them, which I haven t and he had my name also. It sounded like he was giggling and chuckling whilst he was reading out his spiel so I hung up. Will be keeping an eye out for this number calling again so I won t pick up.
