one with an Indian accent and I told him or her (couldn't tell from voice) to remove my number from the calling list. They hung up. Shortly afterwards, I looked up Cambridge Joining Technology Ltd, which turns out to be a real company, and called the mobile number on its website and warned the man that his company name is being used. He didn't recognise the number.

They re a bunch of scum nuggets, keeps calling me, Blocked and they still come back with a slightly different number. I hope they die a painful cancerous death from which the disease gets passed on to their children for generations and they each get to watch their children die painfully. Silent calls are made once or twice daily. My answer-phone states "the caller has cleared", and normally the number is withheld, but not on this and a previous occasion. The pattern of the calls makes me think it is the same caller, [for many months]. The TPS advise it may be silent or abandoned calls,or recorded calls.
Very untrustworthy, completely dishonest, sadistic. Stay away beware!
