We have had several victims call us up very upset and angry because they were convinced this fake company could help them! They are using OUR company name, company number and even our registered business address and have pasted this all over their websites!!! Got a call from this number for the usual trading rubbish, so I called it back and turns out it's a personal phone and has no record of making a call. The scammers honestly just one step ahead!

This is a PPI call. I pressed 5 to speak to the call centre. This is how it works. They have call centres which are not a part of the PPI company, they just make the cold call with their automated system, the automated dialing software offers you the option of speakign to someone if you press 5. you will speak to someone at a company who deals with the cold calling. This company is NOT the company dealing with the PPI stuff, I am guessing so that they themselves are not responsible for the cold calling part
