Asian sounding woman (Susan) stated Sky are changing from monthly debit standing order to single annual payment, required upfront. Demanded my Mother to provide credit/debit card details immediately, otherwise full subscription circa £150 would be taken on debit from Bank (that bit doesnt make any sense). As an aside, she has never had any Sky account.My mother called me and asked me to deal w
