Just received a fake call (pre-recoded) claiming to be from HMRC! Claiming my mum was "going to get sued" and told her to call back on the following number; 0203 322 4298 it s not HMRC. I ve passed it onto HMRC IN London and to the local police and the Met Police Fraud Unit. Can't think why a bank would use a mobile phone number to text messages to it's customers. I'm not even a customer of HSBC and the location map of the number shows it in the middle of a field of nowhere!

Call from this number reporting to be from the google trade council!?!? The person at the end of the phone was desperate to get some more information about my business. At the end of a lengthy call the caller became very aggressive and said "p122 off you time waster" and hung up!!
