Unsolicited call about renewable energy - asking how our product was performing. Asked where they got our details from and was told from a customer data base about firms that had gone into liquidation (makes a change from being told MCS ! ). Informed them that we were on TPS but they persisted that it was ok to call as they got our details from a data base ! I terminated the call.

This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. They are a PPI company, I work for a different PPI company and these people give the industry a bad name. The agent I spoke to was rude and when I asked for my number to be taken off their list she said it was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he could take my number off the list,but before he did he tried to push again for me to sign up to them. Block their number if you can or report them to the FCA or the Legal Ombudsman.
