Optical Express - they called as I had made an inquiry online about laser eye surgery but they rang 10 times over the space of a few days, didn t leave a message or text/email to say who they were. It really has put me off using them as I can imagine they will harass me if I do go for a consultation.

Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. Mt son got his mobile has only been live 26 days and this number keeps calling it. Really annoying on a childs phone!

Seems to be a legal claims helpline that tries to optimise their call statistics bacause they don t bother talking to you. Even if you call them back, they will hang up on you.

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions.
