They ring it when you ve placed an order in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact, their sole purpose is to sell you their costly insurance cover for the items you ve bought. No new information re delivery details is provided, they just repeat your order details. These are unsolicited scripted insurance sales calls and as such a form of harassment. They don t leave a message when they ring so that you ring back and incur the cost of the call. Very shoddy behaviour.

If I won't do it, will be bad and someone will come to arrested me. Banks or important places, like goverment will never ask people information throw phone.... It's such a scam.... Be safe!!! HMRC scam. They first called off a mobile number, I answered hung up & hung up after hearing a recorded message saying that I had committed fraud & to press one to speak to someone or I would be arrested. They then called back on this number to be verbally abusive towards me. HMRC would not do that! Block every number they use. Total scam. These people need to get a life & a proper job that contributes to society in a positive way.
