Had two calls from this number today and they asked for one of the directors by name. I spoke to this director and he said to take a message. I have called applianceserve on 08004118899. I said I had asked for a refund of the £175 I had paid for my washing machine to cover the next 3 years following the expiry of the manufacturer s guarantee but had not received any response. Having seen comments on the internet saying it was a scam, I said if the company is genuine then please can you arrange a refund. She looked up my details and said someone will call me tomorrow in office hours. She sounded pleasant - so - watch this space!!

I ordered from Ideal World. Day after this calls, trying to sell things. I had three calls from them in one day. I ended up this morning after getting another call I was not the person they were asking for. Then asked them to remove my number and stop calling me.
