They have blocked the employer from withdrawing and also the group Whatsapp which is suspected to be a fraudulent platform. The number was in an email which said it was from a friend (who I've not been in contact with for years) , asking for "help", but it was very much like another email I had just received from someone else saying he was a friend but that was spam. The number above was not one I recognised and when called simply asked callers to leave a message.
