Called re pension refund of £1000 if aged under 60. Press 5 to obtain details. Get asked to agree to a "consultant" calling back. I asked if this was a sales call and was advised not. I started to say that the last time this happened it was a sales call and they hung up!

Clear from other sites this is a scam - but how did they get new Sky customer information?
