09 Dec 2021 - Kept ringing me and when I answered the 3rd time and muted it, the guy on the other end said "hey, fuck off" He called again straight after hanging up and when I told him to stop calling me or I would call the police he said "I love you and want to propose" He called me a total of 5 times in 3 minutes. Fraud called themselves Virgin Mobile but later found to be Cheetay Logistics PVT Ltd (pakistan) took loads of details promising to reduce monthly Phone bills and provide a new phone. After asking for passwords and discussing a new contract, bank details were taken and phone to be delivered. They tried to then scam £13,065.01 out of a bank account starting with a £9.35 delivery charge, a £30 bank check then took a £24 charge further amounts stopped bank details changed and reported to the fraud squad.

I too get daily calls from this and similar numbers, block them on my phone but they soon use a different number. Now just ignore all calls with that prefix
This Indian sounding gentleman says he works for the Ministry of Justice in London & is the senior accounts manager working with a company called money saving expert to recover PPI insurances on loans & mortgages. For an up front cash fee(?290 or ?615) payable via Western Union, to India, he will arrange transfer of funds to you which amount to 10 s of thousands of pounds. Once the cash fee is paid another Indian sounding gentleman phones to get the Western Union transfer number(MCTN)& tells you everything

These numbers are provided by "reputable"service providers and are used (mostly) by independent marketeers on commission from large companies (e.g. BT, Sky, British Gas, etc.) to push products. I do NOT understand why TPS, ICO, or anyone else seems to give a proverbial **** about the nuisance these people are when you have taken every precaution to avoid them.

Was called to my Swedish number, said "I don't know what company x is". Got the reply "well we let you into great trading oppurtinities". I said I wasn't interested and the person on the other end yelled "I HAVEN'T TOLD YOU ABOUT OUR COMPANY HOW DO YOU KNOW YOU'RE NOT INTERESTED?" - agressive fraud.
