I started with the Peoples Postcode lottery and never expected a call, had I been told to expect a call I would have replied. The message says that they will try call again.

Nobody spoke when I first answered then a woman came on and then a man asking about an accident I had had the day before that wasn't my fault.

A south african lady left a message with a colleague that she needed to talk to me about a private financial matter. When I returned the call, she was unable to tell me where she got my details from as her info was incorrect. Spoke to her manager Luke Taylor who was also unable to tell me where they got my details. I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Asked for confirmation that I had an accident that was not my fault. They paused then hung up when I asked if their records went back to 1964. Sounds like the usual type of cold calling looking for business by helping you...

They said they were from Virgin media and my internet had been hacked but sent me links on my mobile and the word Vergin is spelt incorrectly so I ended the call.

Payment shield covered my home insurance for a few years until i changed company. they are now pestering me 2 years on!! i won t go back as they got too expensive! my husband works for an insurance broker and apparently it is really easy to find out people s insurance renewal dates even if you are not with that company!!
