Suggest you keep them hanging on the line as long as possible but don't download anything or give them your details. Just string them along and frustrate them. Domestic and General asking me if I wanted to have breakdown cover for my fridge freezer and cooker as well as my washing machine ( which I currently have). A bit insistent when I said no, and asked why so when I said ‘because I don’t want to’ she ended the call. It was quite a friendly manner but as above, quite pushy. My number is telephone preference system (TPS) and therefore this company - or any others like it - should not be calling - this was a 'fishing' call.
