A bit insistent when I said no, and asked why so when I said ‘because I don’t want to’ she ended the call. It was quite a friendly manner but as above, quite pushy. I get calls in a morning and the caller will not announce themselves on my "call guardian", I've tried calling back, and get a message saying the number does not exist?
Like other reviewer, I had the same call today from a lady with a very strong accent and could not understand a word she was saying apart from hearing 02. Told her I wasn't with 02, she said you are, (I think). Put the phone down and blocked it. Does make me laugh when these spammers try to tell you, you have a product when you don't, do they really think we are that stupid!!

Answered call from 02033181409 - line was silent and then they hung up.
Called purporting to be from EE and asked about renewal and if I'd like a free phone upgrade. Given that the phone in question is on a business contract and recently upgraded, I would deem this to be a scam. The caller hung up very quickly once I said I didn't want an upgrade.
