The majority of people could deal with the banks etc themselves thus saving themselves the fees that these claim companies would charge.

caller said they were from BT Open reach and said they had noticed a problem with our computer. I said thats interesting. This is a company used by other organisations to collect Magazine Subscriptions as well as other type of subscriptions that people "fall into" by aggressive selling,on the phone after you agree to take a "free" copy of "National Geographic magazine".
