When I asked about for more information he mentioned something about the 50+ age range. I told him we are ex-directory so how did he get the number. Presumably a cloned number Rude lady with foreign accent overriding my claim that we can't have a problem with openreach as we are with virgin fibre. Not sure what she actually wanted from us as I told her not to be so rude and she put the phone down.
