I tried calling number back but it asked me to phone a code--- Needless to say I did not call code!! It was an Indian sounding gentleman and I suspect is a cold caller.

They say there from the call blocking service but they are not as I checked it with the call blocking service another scammer who wants your card details.

09 Dec 2021 - Kept ringing me and when I answered the 3rd time and muted it, the guy on the other end said "hey, fuck off" He called again straight after hanging up and when I told him to stop calling me or I would call the police he said "I love you and want to propose" He called me a total of 5 times in 3 minutes. This company is called RLegal based in Liverpool but use local numbers to entice customers. Have used many numbers to contact me. Will be reporting next time they call.
