Claimed to be from virgin media, stating that people from outside my home are using my internet to do illegal activities. Hung up when I asked why virgin wasn’t preventing people from accessing my internet. Scam caller

Txt message saying from British gas asking for meter reads. Not sure if it's a scam but safer to log onto your British gas account and submit your meter reads there. Normally companies like this would not use a mobile number and it would show as British gas and not the actual number

Received a call from an unknown telephone number at 09 42 I was informed that a large amount of money had been taken from my current bank account and they wanted to know my security code etc . 07729854614. Have received at least a 100 calls for a Mrs May who died years ago and have Inform them on every call, to tge point these calls are no longer funny.. Today, told them again and said I was sick of getting these call. Superb sales man told me that I should " get F- - - K ING used to it ". If this is O2 all I can say is what a charming sales force you employ.
SCAM - the other positive reviews below are also fake , this is a scam company stating they are from housing repairs and ask about council housing and housing association properties I live in . I do not and have not lived in such properties, when asking where they got my number from they hang up on you . Don't answer
SCAM This number appears to the associated with Bank Payment scams because I nearly fell for one, Had an automated message stating from my bank say that they had identified to large debits against my account which were suspicious. When I replied that they were not mine, I was put through to this number and was answered by a man who gave his name as a Paul Butler and stated that he was a member on the bank fraud investigation team. I got suspicious when he told be that this call was confidential.
Claims to be HMRC, threatening legal action, textbook scam call center based in India, gets angry and curses at you when you don't treat them like they expect to be treated :)

Utilities Said they were from Virgin media, Indian Accent, knew my name. Said they wanted to make sure is was getting the best service then asked for first line of address and post code, which i didn't give. My view is that if I felt I wasn't getting a good service then I would contact them. All in all an unwanted call.
