Looks like another Scam or Fraud as I'm not due any delivery's and the Post Office leave a card through your door when they can't get an answer, also I was in the whole day, I have reported the text message and number to the Ofcom scam text number: 7726 must be the 7th number I've reported now since I found the number to report scams to. Scam caller always sends weird Chinese voicemail calls many times which is very annoying I just block the number and don’t bother answering when they pick up

Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.

Abusive caller when we told him we didn't want to renew

Called, said they were from our bank. Said there were two withdrawals of substantial amounts that seemed out of character for us. Then said they needed to go through security questions. I hung up, called the bank and it's another scam.

Caller pretends to be from BT alledging illegal access to your broadband. Asks you to download a website Anydesk.com. This shows you suppossedly all the users who are accessing you broadband. Then they ask you to check your bank account and lo and behold someone has taken money from your account. In the next few minutes they show you that you have been credited with a large amount of money. This is to say thank you for helping them track scammers.
