Received three calls this morning. First, claiming to be from BT calling about my internet service. Second, silence when I answer. Third, claiming to be from TalkTalk and claiming that my internet will be shut down in 24 hours and my internet has been hacked by foreigners. I requested their full name and received no answer. I ended the call.
Text me a link about “important Coronavirus update in your area” but seems very sketchy considering it is normally the NHS who texts these so don’t click on it

This is a really great computer training company; they come to your house, and help you with anything you need help learning how to use, and also how to find out how to use something yourself. Really great and I will use them again, Adam is the best trainer, he has a computer Sciences degree so he knew his stuff, he had such a good way of describing it to me, and once I got it, everything started falling into place. 10/10 and highly recommended. Automated call from "Amazon" regarding my account I do not have an account with Amazon, I never use Amazon or Prime. This is a scam. Annoying especially as it was an early morning call.

This company have been working on recovering my ppi since 2012, on various accounts/loans/store cards. I have had no problems with them. They have settled 3 accounts for me todate and are still working on a couple. Great value for money as they do all the donky work for the fee that I paid them for.

SCAM Claimed to be from BT and asked. Indian gentleman telling me that my internet line was not performing and asked me to read the numbers from the hub. Told him that I did not think that he was from BT and he persisted and asked again. Rang off when I asked him if he thought that I was idiot.
Fraud - I think? This number rang my home landline (I couldn't reach it, I'm disabled). - I did 1471 + 3 - the number was dead. Google didn't find it (but found a few close variations from Southern American countries, not anyone I know then, (we're in UK). This number doesn't ring when dialed on landline or my mobile, (but rang me a good 1/2 minutes)? I checked & checked it again. - How's it possible? - Obviously some kind of "con", "scam" ?!

I was called saying my wifi was going to go go off and i was going to be given a new router. I was asked to use my mobille phone and enter a code which he gave me. He was using phonetics which didnt seem normal eg o was onion. Naturally I did'nt carry on and rang off.
At 8.20am I answered my land line thinking it must be important and was a local number. It was a automated message saying ‘thank you for your payment of £299 for anti virus, if any problems please call our free phone number’ The number I’m afraid I didn’t get and it didn’t say any company either. I’m sure this is a scam of some sort that they catch you when you call to complain so very much aimed at the trusting, naive or elderly.
