If you see this number, it s an IP phone POP (point of presence) for an Indian based call centre (might have misspelled that...I think there s a c in con artists....?) that has several web portals (see below), all purporting to be international or regional employment agencies. This number called me as a collection company for Scottish Power but when I phoned Scottish Power they let me know I was actually in credit and they had never heard of this company. Do not speak to them!!!
