This is a scammer calling you to get yr details feining u called them and who r u? ... they will call again with your details next time form another numberusing details they have found inc facebook/twitter etc ..... watch out!

Phoned once. Answered it but didn t say anything. Girl asked for me by name. I made enough noise that she knew someone was there and waited a minute then hung up. Half an hour later, a man called. Joe. I said "You re coming up as a nuisance call on my phone. Why is that?". He identified himself as Joe from a company called Clear Answer working on behalf of EE. I said "I won t speak to you until you provide me with your company number from Companies House". He went quiet then tried to give me "01482489010"

He phoned me on Sunday in response to my ad and offered me the spare parts I wanted for my classic car. We agreed a price and then he said he wanted payment by bank transfer as he was about to go away on holiday. I was promised delivery by the end of the week but he later rang and said there was a delay and delivery would be next week and then he asked for my paypal details. These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This number left an answerphne message on my mobile phone, spoke very quickly, no name or company name heard but asked to ring an 033 premium number quoting a reference number they left. Didnt do it.
