Called my mobile this afternoon (NEVER believe any company saying they won't pass your details on!) Number came up as Bedford. I picked up but didn't speak straight away. After a couple or so seconds I started to say "Hello?" but they hung up before I spoke!

They started getting very angry when i asked them to supply paperwork and she was shouting at me down the line....which was when i hung up.

To say that the phone number is localised to Plymouth is laughable, first an automated service saying it was a message from Chinese royal mail, then proceeded to talk in Chinese so had no clue what was being said.

Had a call from this number on my landline at 5:30pm on Wednesday 26th July. Heard two voices on the line when I answered - one a lady who identified herself by name & said she was a local energy adviser (although this phone number is not local to me) but did not give a company name, the other a gentleman talking in a foreign language. SCAM / SPAM Text message. I strongly suspect this is a scam purporting to be from Amazon threatening closure of the account due to suspicious activity. I have not clicked the link. If you are unsure, access your amazon account in the normal secure manner and look for any messages.
