text received saying owed tax rebate, must be a scam did not go onto web site as advised

Rang us at 11.15pm and again between 1 and 2am last night. registered with TPS but they can t stop it and BT can t help unless we pay for a blocker and different phones. So wrong these companies can do this to the public, also scary when phone rings in the middle of the night
