If this was my bank they would identify themselves as such, and offer data to prove this. This is likely a scam, and best thing to do is hang up. A recorded message by fake computer woman purporting to be from UK HM Customs and Revenue for not paying my tax. Its a scam as I don't owe any tax. I PAYE and have a very simple life. UK revenue don't call anyone in this way. The speaker clearly did not know me nor my location. Slight American accent. I assume if had bothered to waste my time, that they would have wanted me to call a premium rate number to sort it out or to pay them online. DON'T pay anything, don't worry its FAKE.

It’s on a letter that appears to be spam communication about rewards for playing the National Lottery regularly. Name and address on letter. I don’t do the lottery online. So just checking it out.

Fraud Attempting to gain banking details, after stating there had been unusual activity on my bank account. I had checked my account this morning , knew it to be untrue so cut off the call. they tried to ring twice more in 10 minutes but declined, then blocked. My bank unaware so reported to Action Fraud.

Scam call purportedly from bank advising of fraudulent credit card transactions which they are blocking. The caller wants you to input a code which they text to you. DO NOT DO SO. If you do they will, no doubt, get access to your account. I put a block on the call number via my mobile phone provider and sent an email to the bank's security dept informing them of the scam.

Recorded message left on answerphone saying there had been fraudulent activity on our account. Went on to say to press 1 to agree to transaction or press 2 to speak to support team. Suspect it’s a scam as number is local.

Microsoft Computer Repair SCAM Asain guy called himself 'Daniel' saying he's from Microsoft and says they've identified a virus on my computer.

This is an unwanted and unrequested caller who is breaking all UK regulations regarding sales calls to TPS protected numbers. The caller was called Elsie, had USA accent so number may be spoofed. Refused to confirm my I'd so caller hung up. Avoid this caller.
