This is a scam call. Pertaining to be from HMRC and stating legal action to be taken or chose an option.
Caller claimed to be from EE customer service, told me I have a good credit rating and I was inline for an upgrade, I informed her I was not an EE customer so then she said I must be an O2 customer, I told her I wasnt and she then droppped the carrier on me as I was suspicious.

Checked that it was a 'safe' number but when I tried to call it, it came back unrecognised.

SCAM Pretends to be from my bank, without saying the bank's name, referring to two specific transactions - but this is a recorded message!
