A common thing - telemarketing mostly uses a range of similar numbers. This one is mostly reported with PPI, insurance marketing, RTA - accident chasers, sometimes called themselves "First Call Group" - just another big call centre. Fraudulent call about national insurance number being compromised. This comes from ropey automated message with an option to press 1 only, to speak to someone. Who will no doubt ask for your details. Multiple missed calls from EE type mobile numbers. Clearly using burner phones/multiple sims to get people answering.

Unsolicited call, caller didn t respond when phone was answered. Presumably the authorities must know to where this phone number is registered and should remove it from the network. My guess it is a scam where they want you to ring back and surprise surprise you get stung with a premium rate call for your trouble.
