I did speak to one of their operatives & he was asking a lot of questions which I refused to answer. He wanted to make an appointment for an advisor to visit & reckons I could save £21000 on my mortgage over the next 15 years. Told him if he could pay off my remaining mortgage then I would listen. Silence!!! I tried calling their number back to arrange for

Received three calls this morning. First, claiming to be from BT calling about my internet service. Second, silence when I answer. Third, claiming to be from TalkTalk and claiming that my internet will be shut down in 24 hours and my internet has been hacked by foreigners. I requested their full name and received no answer. I ended the call.

I will not press any buttons requested when I don't know who or how much the call will cost.

When asked who was calling they hung up

Calls on a regular basis asking for fake names. I have asked them to remove my nubmer but obviously not been successful.
