They call 2 or 3 times a day, and when i answer, i always hear a conversation going on between the people in the office, then they go silent and hang up. I called back today and spoke to a sales agent Maurice James, who said he would remove my number from their account. BEfore he had chance to put the phone down on me i asked him to confirm the number and address and name of who he had listed, and he came up with a name, address and postcode which are definitely not me. A cold call. Not unpleasant or rude, but unsure of her pitch. Offering insurance cover for my electrical appliances, based on a policy I took out in 2014!!!

Repeatedly called me, when answered they try to sell to me, more commonly I just get vague office noises and then a hangup.

Got a text about the free lines then a phone call very pushy woman I told her I wasn t interested but she kept pushing for me to sign up I ending up having to hang up. I didn t trust it !!!!!

After three calls yesterday about the same thing, all from crooks saying they were from Talk Talk, this man had rung to tell me my router had been compromised, though I did not pay much attention to what he said was wrong with it. I told him what a bad line it was and got him to repeat several times. He said he would call another time but I told him not to bother. I said I knew who it was calling. He wanted to know who I thought it was. After I identified him as a criminal he called me something rude

The answering m/c advised that I had a message. No message had been provided, but caller had left the line open for several minutes - from the background noise it was obviously some kind of call centre.
