automated voice call telling me my card has been used this morning for 2 purposes which were suspicious - £300 to Amazon & £1000 on an international money site I could press 1 or 2 to either confirm the payments or speak to an agent

Missed the first bit but then mentioned magistrates court and taking it seriously and to talk to one of the officers dealing with the case press 1 - blocked!

Fraud related. Yet another call from yet another company who want to talk to me about 'my' trading account. As far as I'm concerned I don't have such an account and numerous people from different companies have called about it over the last month.

I had a call this afternoon apparently from this number 08000234567, which I know is the number of the Financial Ombudsman's Office, when the caller said he was from the fraud dept of my bank. I had called the Financial Ombudsman earlier in the day on that number. It did not feel right and when I challenged the caller he put down the phone. Somebody may be able to pick up the numbers of those who have called the FOO? I will tell the FOO by email as their phone system takes too long to get through!

Received an SMS with a shortened t.ly URL leading to a WhatsApp chat group invitation, seemingly to do with Bitcoin investment.

Text to my phone saying Hi Mum not Hi Dad phone smashed can to WhatsApp me on my friends phone. Rang both our sons not smashed

Lady claimed that unknown to myself I have a bitcoin account open in my name with 4.5 bitcoin in it. All I needed to do was prove my identity and she would kindly sort out how I could activate the account and claim my money. It had apparently been opened accidentally when I had clicked on an advertising link. Isn't that just too good to be true?

Caller from this number stated that hmrc were giving back tax paid on ppi claims. I was due over £6000! Proceeded to ask me help to fill R40 form, my date of birth and then my national insurance number. At that point I asked her to send me the form as I didn't want to give my details. I think this could be a scam.

Had a missed call from them yesterday 19 May 2023, and tracked it to Russia Today 20 May got a message from them, pretending to be police and telling me to report to Preston Police Station regarding an incident on Sunday (tomorrow) Fraud SCAM

I hung up the call and she called again and I said why shall I confirm any thing when you yourself do not know to whom you are talking to and she said just Shut-up and hung up the phone :( What a shame

This guy claims to a decorator may be he is, Nevertheless he hacks into peoples phones especially women, he must get some sort of kick out it. Be mindful if you receive a meme or messages via WhatsApp from him, suggest you delete it straight away and block him. In addition, if you receive a message/meme from a contact in your phone that they normal would not send delete it. SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!

This number seems to be reported as Virgin Bank, Clysesdale Bank and lots of other banks, including Yorkshire Bank (as shown on my phone) my I don't have a Yorkshire Bank account. So I am very suspicious of this number, how can it be for many different banks?! I think it's spam!
