Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. SCAM Call centre. Numerous calls to say he (Foreign accent called “Oliver”) works for government to claim back fees overcharged. Demanded £130 for a Pay Sure (credit) card for me to pay tax man his cut! Refused to do it. Now saying charging for my cancellation!!
