I responded with "you phoned me and told me you are sending documents, so tell me which loan" to which I was thanked for wasting her time.

Received an email from a Tony Render asking me to call this number to set up an interview - aparantly its a 50p a minute call that keeps you on hold for 10-15 minutes. These morons called my work number with an automated message telling me to call them back. The number they called is for an organisation with thousands of employees and the number they called is not for any individual. Company called something generic-sounding like "UK Data" (can t remember the exact name) asked to speak to my husband saying he may be eligible for compensation "from his earlier work in industry".
