Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8439418xxx range... Did someone answer any number of this range?

Rung today from the above about "the road accident you have had" - except I haven't had one... Advised her that it was illegal to cold call to tout for business, she insisted they were Ministry of Justice permitted. I guy said he was calling from Vodafone and had a great deal for me as a Ltd company and he just had a few questions to ask. I have the right to remain silent (or so I believe) so I said nothing whilst I googled the number and found these reviews. When I went back on the line he'd gone. Oh well.

Second call in consecutive days offering to carry out a review of my life insurance, having already had two reviews conducted in the last two months by them. They immediately hung-up when I informed them of this without any time for me to ask them to delete my number from their database.
Call received at 08.52. Long silence then automated female voice said "This call is from the Talktalk Technical Department to inform you that your internet connection will be cut off.....press 1 to remain connected or 2 to be cut off." Obviously scammers using data from the Talktalk hack some years ago.
