SCAM Second call in as many minutes all from Blackburn area telephone numbers. SCAM Message popped up on my laptop stating that it was in danger of being hacked and had been temporarily blocked. The error message suggested I called a helpline (number stated 020) said to be Microsoft Security. I rang, lady answered (Indian/pakistan accent) lots of noise in the background, she wanted me to depress the windows and the letter R key on my laptop. was evasive when I asked what would happen. It s insurance on behalf of unite. They only phone if you tell them your interested in insurance. Also you are entitled to free cover upto 5k for a year but they are asking if you want more coverage. If you speak to them and you don t want it that s it for a year.
