SCAM This number is after your money. It called me and an automated voice comes in and tells you that large sums of money are being taken from your Amazon account. They ask you to click a number to stop the transactions or to go ahead with the transactions. I hung up. Then later received the same exact message from a different number.

Automated messege saying an arrest warrant has been issued for tax evasion and Fraud. ???????? I'm not silly enough to fall for it but others might.

SCAM First a silent call to establish there is a number. Second call, a foreign voice, purporting to be calling on behalf of UK HMRC (tax collection) talking about fine/charge for an infraction, and inviting you to press 1 to discuss it.

silent then hung up. Usually what happens is I get some silent calls before the influx of thick Indian accents asking about my phone in the proceeding days. aka fishing for operational phone numbers via an automated dialer.

Answered call automated voice said my amazon account will be renewed soon and to press I to speak with them to discuss. My account is not due August. Rang number back on landline informed this line does not exist. Must be a scam. Also received two more call from 07764899258 & 07764892635 again with same message.

Lady who named herself Sarah, was claiming they are from Road Traffic Helpline (https://roadtraffichelpline.com/) and started with usual story of: "you had a no fault road accident..." A call was made to my phone on 3rd of April from this the number 09036946928. I called the number back to see who it was for about 14 seconds but recieved no response. Later I relaised I was charged by my phone compny for +£6. My operator told me that the call to number 09036946928 is a preimum rate call. Now, I am keen to find out who they are and who this phone number belong to and what netweork operates this number. Please advise if you have any information.

Usual asian call center thicko scammer, claiming to be from social housing repair team, ffs, how thick can you get, if you're going to try scamming someone it has to be a believable company and the above certainly isn't that. They don't like being called liars either.

01420 563233 called using my name and was obviously from India area. He reckoned he was speaking from Amazon and wanted to talk about an iphone I had ordered at about £740 apparently. Told him to get off the line or I will report him to the police. No doubt what the scam is he wasn't going to do it on me.

Claimed to be life insurance and knew both my parents names but when I asked them they didn’t know who he was claimed to be Tom from venisure, or something like that, but I don’t think it’s trustable and is a potential scammer preying on the older generations
