Indian lady in a noisy call centre, claimed to be 'BT Technical Services'. Said that there was a problem with my internet connection. I told them to carry on fixing it and cleared-down.
SCAM This is a cloned firm as per the FCA. Do not engage with companies unless you have a legal contract, verifiable contact details that you have checked with the FCA, and according to the FCA you give them NO money upfront. They do not get fees or any funds at all until you are paid. Be safe.

Apparently I applied for life insurance, even though what I suffer from life insurance can't cover. Never ACTUALLY even googled life insurance, simply talked to my partner as he's reaching his 50s in a few years. But this guy was persistent and insisted I applied, so I asked the name of his business and he couldn't answer. Google didn't even acknowledge the number. They offered me a 40% discount on my EE bill. I checked with EE and its a scam, nothing to do with EE. They ask some personal questions (which i refused to answer) then send a generic email, Subject 'EE Upgradation' (im not even sure that's a word, is it) saying Welcome to EE, etc, etc. I hung up and suggest you do the same.
Fraud Pretending to be an epidemic prevention center, claiming that I had not been contacted for several times, and then asking me to press 9 to transfer to human service. There is no specific information provided in the middle, nor any explanation. I have received many calls from robot who ask me to press 9 under this circumstance, all of which are fraud.

The automated call says its from HMRC. It's designed to frighten you into selecting the option to be connected to a call centre. I didn't take it any further as it was clearly a very nasty, aggressive attempt to initiate a scam.

I thought initially this was a wrong telephone number put in. but seeing as it has been flagged up a number of times. I think it's a phishing call. I've not answered it, as this would have shown my number was active
