The guy introduced himself Peter Jones calling from Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd. trying to sell personal loan. it was suspicious. checked with FCA, I've been told that they are impersonating businesses and personal names. Finance And Investment Solutions Ltd is a legitimate company and they are only mortgage broker not selling or offering personal loans. beware this landline number is a scam. personal loan only offered by banks directly.

The caller said that they were from the National Grid and needed to change my meter. Apparently it is malfunctioning. This is a prelude to trying to get my bank details I thin; I didn't hold on for long enough to find out.

I could get thousands of pounds in compensation. SCAM Fraud - Said they were from Sky offering refund because of issues with phone and internet- We don't have any sky package and the person had quoted the family name but were sketchy with first name and even misspelt it when I was pushing who they wanted to talk to and then they hanged up when I said it was a scam call.
