SCAM FRAUD. I got a call from a 07 mobile number prior to this call. Both of them is an automated message saying a letter from HRM Revenue was sent to you but was returned. This number seems to be from Dagastan in Russia. As I don't know anyone in Russia I would suggest it is a scam caller. Fortunately I got it as a missed call.

I was caught out by this today. They claimed to be calling from O2. Luckily, I realised after the call ended and was able to change my account details before any damage was done. The scammers knew all of my details - full name, address, email address, how much I'm billed each month - even my security question. They were very convincing. A man called saying he was calling on behalf of O2, saying under O2 I was eligible for a reduced business contract. When I challenged him that he was not calling from O2 he then said he was calling from a company called YourMobile.com which 'works with an O2 platinum business partner' (Plan.com). I said he should know my contract with O2 if he was phoning on behalf of any area of O2 and then he hung up. This is a scam
