English sounding lady called saying she was from a home efficiency company. When I asked what she wanted, she said "You should get some fucking manners." If they are selling a product, swearing at the 'customer' is stupid! Very rude!

The number called my friend and asked "how are you " on WhatsApp we didn't recognise the number so it is now blocked. We know no-one from Russia.

DANGEROUS SCAM. The Phone rang and caller (a computer) hung up when I didn't speak! This was a computer generated call trying to sniff out voice lines. SCAM Caller purported to be from BT, worried that a third party was trying to change my IP address from private to public. I ended the call before I discovered whether they were trying to get payment or download software.

I hung up as it's an obvious scam. Be careful as all these ways of getting your details are sometimes convincing. Not today though !!!
