I had a call yesterday when I answered I was asked it I was Mrs A when I said yes the phone was immediately put down, I phoned back but no one answered, I had another call from the same number today .I'm worried as to why they have phoned me and know my name .

just called by this number. A robot call, falsely claiming my (credit card?) account has been charged twice and asking me to call another number. I immediately hung up and checked my account. They never said who they were or asked if I was the person they were trying to contact and further investigation showed that calls to this number cost 16p a minute from a landline plus a setup fee of 23p.

Safe number Banking I contacted Barclays Help/Customer Service to confirm if this SMS text message was from them and they confirmed it was, I was sceptical, as the others were that posted their comments that this was a genuine text from them.
