Scam call, caller talks about non existent washing machine policy in this case. They also claim that the number was given to them when the policy was taken out by the phantom policy holder.
Total scam company. Demanding money from me for so called debts and fines that i never had.
The same for us - scammers. Luckily we have BT Guardian so have just added these time wasters to my blocked list so they can't get through again!

Recorded message stating it was from Amazon telling me my iPhone 7 (yes 7) was being shipped and to press 1 for further information. Got an Asian woman thanking me for calling Amazon with my query, I strung her along for a while before disconnecting, Dangerous.
Automated call - a pretty convincing recording of a man called Tom wanting to arrange a survey of our loft insulation. Went round in circles for a bit, and then when the recording asked if i was the home owner and I said no it hung up.

Had this a few time - thought is was TRJ but must be SRJ asking if I was NAME press 1 if not press 2 then can you bring NAME to phone 1 yes 2 no then please ask NAME to call. Clearly the instigator of the call does not know whether or not I have Amazon Prime membership. I am in Cornwall.
