Guy introduce himself saying he was contacting me as i was on a list to receive a refund due to bank charges. He asked me lots of questions about who ive had loans from and who ive had credit cards with. I said im sorry this doesn t sound right to me...he got very irritated and told me to check the number it is a recognized BT number at a registered address. When I answered the phone I could hear the sounds of a call centre in the background but no one spoke to me, even when I told them that I could hear them and had noted the number down. I hung up as they were obviously not going to talk to me.

I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions.
