This is fraud call. Ria Durms pretend to call from three mobile. and her supervise used fake name "David" and try to speak in British accent but I can clearly figure out that he is an Asian guy. Also, they are asking for Full name, Date of birth, Address & Bank detail. I gave fake name and they verified it as they have record in their system which proves that the call is fraud.

I received a call from somebody claiming to be from SSE. He wanted to talk about a new contract. He didn’t specify whether it was gas or electricity. I asked him to send your new prices by email. He seemed upset by this very simple request stating that it was impossible. I told him to call back when he had sent the email. Fraud Attempting to gain banking details, after stating there had been unusual activity on my bank account. I had checked my account this morning , knew it to be untrue so cut off the call. they tried to ring twice more in 10 minutes but declined, then blocked. My bank unaware so reported to Action Fraud.
