Thought it was a scam as bank wouldn't send automated call, phoned bank on their known number, bank said not on my visa account scam.

A debt management company. Very polite and not pushy in any way. I've looked for a loan and I was called to find out if I wanted help with debts. I didn't ask for the call but the man was so polite I'm not angry.
I'm guessing it's a scam because he asked for me by name and then hung up just as I asked where he was calling from.
