I now listen before I speak, The other end had some Music on and then a male voice said "Hello" in a workman accent. I thought to hang up. Scammer. Called advising he was from Microsoft Technical Support and i had a virus on my pc ect. Told me to press windows sign and R and asked what do i see. Told him nothing. Had him going round in circles for 20 minutes before telling him my pc wasnt switched on. I googled hp printer support and got through printerassistant.co.uk. The representative said I would have to pay £2.00 for a printer driver and than they took control over my computer. They charged 100's of pounds from my account. Nasty, Scammers. BE ALERT!

SCAM Has tried several times to tell me that I have no loft insulation-when asked does he know who he is calling and where and how does he know, he prattles on for 30 seconds and then must realise that he is getting nowhere.
