Persistent caller from a company that claims to lower your business rates. They do not take no for an answer even when told not to call back.

Just been called by this number "To check I m on the best tariff for broadband, phone and TV". I asked where he had my telephone number as I m on the telephone preference service and he said they buy in data and I must have opted in for a call from Simplified Digital.
Called our TPS registered line. Answered to hear call-center background noise (or similar) and a female voice reciting numbers, after which they hung up.
