Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! I initially ignored their calls but I am glad I answered a call in the end. They helped me locate an old workplace pension that I had two decades ago. I hadn t given the pension much thought since I left the job. I couldn t of afforded hundreds of pounds to pay a financial advisor so they really helped me out. I do understand people being annoyed about the cold calling though.

Caller who sounded Indian said she was from the telephone preference service and calling to say it had expired as - she was just getting to this - the bank card used had expired. She first asked how the telephone bill was paid. As the service is free I rang off.
Accident call. British woman asked me when I was in a car accident. I said I hadn't. She said when was the car accident?, I said I havent been. She hung up.
