I've had so many of these and know it's a scam. I called the number back and it had a recorded voice saying 'Thank you for calling Energy Hub, please hold while I connect you to an agent', so I guess they're selling something. They'll be going on the block list!
Claimed to be from UK something but it was clearly an Indian call center as you can hear them all in the background. Strange how they say they are not selling anything but then won't let you speak at all so they can read thier script. So just hung up and cut him off and blocked the number.
